# FrostLogic

> FrostLogic AB is a Swedish AI-product company headquartered in Malmö. Our flagship platform, FrostLogic Explore, is a sensor-intelligence SaaS for commercial real estate, industrial facilities, and infrastructure operators. Powered by the proprietary Frostdynamics™ engine, Explore reads from existing BMS, energy meters, and IoT sensors to deliver anomaly detection, accurate forecasting, what-if simulation, continuous compliance tracking, and permissioned Automation (BMS write-back granted one scope at a time) — all grounded in customer data, with no hallucination, and entirely within EU data borders.

## What we build

- **Sensor Intelligence** — the decision layer for smart buildings and industrial facilities. Reads from BMS (Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Trend, Bastec) and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT). Surfaces a single prioritised queue of anomalies, with severity scoring, causal filtering, and suggested actions. The full product page is the homepage.
- **BMS analytics** — turns raw building telemetry into ranked decisions. Reads your existing systems. Never replaces your control system. Writes start off.
- **Continuous compliance** — live evidence for BREEAM, LEED, and Nordic Swan. Real-time threshold monitoring, audit-ready exports.
- **Approve-and-act automation** — Explore proposes a specific BMS change (a setpoint write, or a weekly schedule) with its reasoning and the expected effect, and the on-prem FrostLogic Edge Agent carries out the write. Write access starts off and is granted one scope at a time; inside a granted scope the operator chooses whether each proposal waits for a human approval or runs automatically. Points outside that scope stay untouched.

## How it works

Six anomaly detection methods (sensor drift, stuck values, energy spike, forecast deviation, sensor offline, cross-signal incoherence) run continuously over your telemetry. The Frostdynamics engine layers statistical, physics-based, causal, and learned reasoning so failure modes cancel rather than compound. The reasoning engine (LLM) is grounded by FrostDynamics — a World Model that gives every AI agent a physical, thermodynamic understanding of how each building actually behaves, so answers come from physics and your data, not guesswork. Every output is grounded in source signals — if the data isn't there, the system says so, never invents a number.

## Where we host

- **Managed SaaS** — hosted on Hetzner's EU-based, ISO 27001 certified data centres. GDPR-native, no PII processed by default.
- **Customer-hosted** — runs in your Kubernetes cluster or private cloud. Your infrastructure, your SLAs, your governance. Data and models exportable on day one.
